Securities Operations Analyst Settlement
Caldwell Securities Ltd.
Handle securities settlement and reconciliations at Caldwell Securities Ltd. within a self-clearing environment supporting daily operational controls. Work across settlement, accounts, and mutual fund operations.
This Securities Operations Analyst supports the full lifecycle of transactions, client accounts, and fund activity. The role involves CDS, DTC, cash movements, corporate actions, tax processing, and operational investigations. It suits candidates with securities industry experience and analytical attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and settle domestic and cross-border securities trades
- Process dividends, distributions, tax elections, and withholding
- Administer corporate actions and physical securities movements
- Investigate operational breaks, discrepancies, and exceptions
- Maintain internal controls and documentation standards
Requirements:
- University degree in business, accounting, or finance
- Two to three years at a CIRO member firm
- Knowledge of securities industry rules and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and communication skills
