Administrative Assistant

Edon Management

We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Administrative Assistant to support contract and operations teams. In this role, you will provide administrative and accounting support while helping manage portfolios and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

What does your day look like at Edon ?

  • Complete administrative and accounting tasks in accordance with company standards
  • Create and process purchase orders and invoices
  • Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers regarding invoicing and payments
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and support reporting for managers and clients
  • Track expenditures and assist with budget monitoring
  • Support operations by coordinating schedules, booking inspections, and preparing correspondence
  • Provide administrative support for contract and client service activities
  • Assist in resolving service or contract-related issues to maintain client satisfaction

What do you need to succeed?

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Accounting is considered an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role
  • Experience with invoicing, reporting, or financial processes is an asset
  • Experience in property or facilities management is an asset
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Experience using accounting or financial systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Interest in process improvement or automation is an asset
