Location: Saskatoon, SK

Prairie Pride processes and distributes highquality poultry products in a fastpaced, foodsafe environment. We are seeking a Supervisor to support daily department operations and lead a team to meet production, food safety, and health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assign tasks, adjust staffing, and monitor line flow and equipment.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, CFIA, SQF/GMP, and animal welfare standards.
Respond to deviations or contamination risks and complete required reports.
Enforce PPE, lockout/tagout, and all safety procedures.
Monitor, train and coach employees; support performance evaluations and documentation.
Maintain accurate production reports, downtime logs, and inventory usage.
Support positive employee relations and resolve minor workplace issues. Qualifications Experience in food processing or manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety programs an asset.
Supervisory experience an advantage.
Experience with unionized environment.
Strong communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.
Computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Ability to read and interpret safety and procedural documents in English. Physical Requirements Standing/walking for long periods in cold/wet, noisy environments.
Lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs; climb ladders/platforms; wear required PPE. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30p-11:00p
