Director of Community & Membership Growth

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead membership growth initiatives through outreach
• Develop and implement engagement strategies for existing members
• Build relationships at industry events & local gatherings
• Monitor and report on membership performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance membership experience
Requirements:
• Experience in community management or customer success
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis
• Passionate about technology and its ecosystem
