Manage Operations as Car Wash Manager
KLASSIC CAR WASH
Become our next Car Wash Manager focused on proficient daily operations management. This on-site position emphasizes staff management and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a Car Wash Manager with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Your role will include directing day-to-day operations, addressing customer complaints, and establishing effective procedures for staff. Financial oversight and inventory control are also key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and control daily operations effectively
- Plan and organize the workflow of activities
- Implement policies and procedures for staff performance
- Manage budgets and oversee inventory
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of up to 10
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in budget and inventory management
- Ability to resolve customer concerns
- On-site work required
