Field Project Administrator

Arnett & Burgess Energy Services is currently looking to add a Field Project Administrator , based in Dawson Creek, BC.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this position provides overall on-site field administration, daily data collection and project reporting for assigned Pipeline Construction projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily review of foreman timesheets
• Coordinate field-to-office reporting, including daily inputs and follow-up tracking
• Daily timesheet entry into internal system
• Resolve pay issues or errors with site employees, escalate as necessary
• Billing to client (LEM’s)
• Tracking of 3rd party field tickets and approvals
• Support with day-day activities with Supervisors and Foreman’s
• Utilize Excel for project tracking, reporting, and documentation
• Support month-end procedures and other administrative tasks as needed

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• 3 years of relevant experience with project administration or coordination
• Strong background in writing, drafting reports, and documentation
• Proven experience using Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

• Previous experience with Pipeline Construction projects
