Identity Access Management System Engineer

Drive security measures as an Identity & Access Management System Engineer at Affinity. This full-time role focuses on modernizing identity services in a hybrid Microsoft environment. Affinity is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Identity & Access Management System Engineer to enhance critical identity services. You will be instrumental in supporting access management, security hardening, and identity modernization projects. Key technologies include Active Directory, Azure AD, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access within a hybrid workforce. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current state of Active Directory services
• Design and implement identity controls like SSO and MFA
• Identify risks affecting Azure operational resiliency
• Develop architectural diagrams for identity and authentication flows
• Troubleshoot compliance issues tied to identity access

Requirements:

• 10+ years in IAM, directory services, or systems engineering
• Extensive experience with Azure AD identity solutions
• Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred
• Familiarity with Zero Trust concepts
• Strong analytical skills for complex identity issues
