Administrative Agent Toronto YMCA

Support Employment and Community programs in Toronto through reception, data entry, and customer service with the YMCA of Greater Toronto. This full time salaried contract runs for one year.

The Administrative Agent provides reception, clerical, and delivery support for YMCA programs. You will manage inquiries, maintain participant information, and support accurate reporting. The work serves customers, employers, participants, families, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data into Ministry and YMCA databases accurately
• Manage telephone inquiries and walk-in traffic
• Provide information and referral services
• Maintain files, records, and data management systems
• Complete mailing, filing, deposits, and petty cash reconciliation

Requirements:

• Community College Diploma preferred with two years related experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
• Organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with office procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility for assigned evening and weekend schedules
