Design conversational AI experiences in Toronto using conversation architecture, prompt writing, and human-centred service design. Shape virtual agents across digital channels.As a Senior Conversation Designer, you will create intelligent experiences for chatbots, voicebots, virtual agents, and AI-powered service channels. You will simplify complex processes for customers and employees while partnering with product, UX, operations, technology, and business teams. The work spans discovery, design, testing, and optimisation.Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end conversations across voice, chat, and messagingLead discovery workshops covering needs, policies, and service requirementsCreate flows, intents, prompts, escalation paths, and handoffsDevelop inclusive plain-language content for task completionAnalyse conversation data and conduct usability testingRequirements:
Four-plus years in conversation, content, UX, or service designProduction chatbot, voicebot, virtual agent, or AI solution experienceStrong conversation architecture, intent design, and prompt-writing skillsExperience with discovery, prototyping, testing, and optimisationStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skillsBring conversational AI, plain-language writing, and service design expertise to improve trusted digital experiences in Toronto.
