Job Description
- Partner with customers to understand business needs and design integrated technology solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Research and implement AI, automation, software, and systems integration solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, project delivery, and service teams to ensure successful implementations.
- Continuously improve technical expertise while helping customers optimize performance and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Passion for technology with strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Basic understanding of networking, cloud, APIs, cybersecurity, or systems integration; relevant certifications are an asset.
- Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
- Open to junior through experienced professionals with a strong technical aptitude and ownership mindset.
