CICMH Indigenous Research & Knowledge Management Lead

Lead transformative mental health initiatives for Indigenous post-secondary populations at CMHA Ontario. This part-time role focuses on creating resources that improve student wellness. In this position, you will report to the Director of the Centre for Innovation in Campus Mental Health. Collaborating with First Nations, Metis, and Inuit partners, as well as post-secondary institutions, is central to your work. You will facilitate knowledge generation and mobilization to support mental health strategies for Indigenous students, staff, and faculty. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Indigenous wellness initiatives on campuses
  • Collaborate with community partners for strategic solutions
  • Develop and manage educational resources and toolkits
  • Facilitate knowledge exchanges through workshops and presentations
  • Conduct outreach for community partnerships and collaborations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required
  • At least 3 years of experience in research and knowledge management
  • Strong understanding of Indigenous mental health and barriers
  • Proven experience in engaging Indigenous communities
  • Skilled in mobilizing knowledge for practical application
