An exciting opportunity is being offered to patient‑centred General Practitioners to join a newly established walk‑in and family medicine clinic in Winnipeg, Manitoba. A growing practice is being represented, where expansion is being actively planned as patient demand increases. Through this role, the chance is being presented to help shape a developing clinic while benefiting from a balanced workload, strong earning potential, and a supportive, physician‑led environment.
Practice Overview
A new walk‑in and family physician clinic is being operated by an experienced GP who is looking to expand the team over the coming years. Fifteen‑minute appointment times are used to support safe, thorough consultations, and a fee‑for‑service model is maintained. In‑house billing is provided to reduce administrative burden and overhead.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $400,000‑$600,000+ (equivalent £230,000‑£350,000+). Billings start at 15% for the first three months and improve to as low as 15% at higher billings, allowing income to increase as the clinic grows. Annual earnings in the range of $400,000‑$600,000+. In‑house billing is managed onsite, ensuring reduced overhead and higher take‑home pay. Apartments above the clinic may be available at low or no cost, easing relocation and reducing living expense. A minimum commitment of three years is offered, supporting stability while the clinic expands. Visa support and relocation assistance are offered.

Key Skills and Requirements
- CFPC & CPSBC registered
- MCCQE Exam Part1 passed
- Commitment to high‑quality patient care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List or registered with the CPFC and CPSBC
