Shape integrated media strategies at Initiative through client planning, research insights, and persuasive presentations while working from the office at least three days weekly. Strong organization and communication support this manager-level opportunity.This Media Planning Manager leads Initiative’s integrated planning product and helps ensure flawless media executions. The position develops operating procedures, evaluates media opportunities, and connects client objectives with tracking and Key Performance Indicators. It also requires collaboration across disciplines, partner agencies, and departments.Key Responsibilities:
Develop integrated media strategies and operating proceduresPrepare and present plans, proposals, and analysesEvaluate opportunities, trends, and issues for clientsTrack client objectives and Key Performance IndicatorsInfluence decisions through appropriate client strategiesRequirements:
Manager-level experience in integrated media planningAbility to apply research insights to media planningExperience presenting media recommendationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteBring strategic media planning, research application, presentation, and client-focused judgment to Initiative’s integrated media team.
