This role is all about helping daily life run smoothly — supporting family meals, light organization, children’s activities, and creative play. Our home is full of laughter, learning, and movement, and we’re looking for someone who can bring structure, positivity, and a calm, steady presence to the mix. The older three work with a private Montessori teacher in the mornings, so this role covers afternoons, evenings, and some weekends. You’ll mostly work alongside Mom, helping the home run smoothly as she balances part-time work and a season of healing. Hours: 🕑 Monday–Friday: 1 PM – 8:30 PM 🗓 Some Saturdays: 9 AM – 3 PM (Approx. 35–45 hours/week) Pay: $20–25/hour (depending on experience) Start Date: ASAP You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy keeping things organized and tidy
• Take initiative and notice what needs to be done
• Love working with kids (newborn–age 8) and stay calm under pressure
• Are comfortable with meal prep, laundry, and light household tasks
• Are confident, reliable, patient, and energetic
• BONUS: Have teaching or tutoring experience
