Your strong understanding of customer needs and commitment to the Samsung brand will help ensure outstanding customer experiences and drive team performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to enhance customer engagement
- Guide and coach your team towards achieving sales goals
- Manage training and scheduling of sales representatives
- Actively participate in customer interactions on the floor
- Conduct store meetings for ongoing communication
- At least 2 years of retail experience required
- Strong sales and customer service skills essential
- Demonstrated leadership and high interpersonal skills
- Capable of effective decision-making and problem-solving
- Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours
