Associate Program Manager

Cencora seeks an Associate Program Manager in Oakville, Ontario to oversee caseworker assignments, monitor protocol adherence, manage client communications, and support team training and hiring. The role requires healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience and strong project management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain territory caseworker assignments and oversee ongoing project management
- Monitor protocol adherence, case file documentation, and database accuracy
- Participate in client consultations and lead refresher training as needed
- Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of new staff
- Generate client reports and coordinate daily project communications with stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry experience
- Post-secondary education or equivalent in related discipline
- Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- RN/RPN license (asset); French/English bilingualism (asset)
