Key responsibilities (text) • Deliver an excellent meeting with the customer across all customer assignments.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and confident manner to create a rewarding customer experience.
- Contribute and achieve operational KPIs and goals to maintain customer loyalty.
- Support customer colleagues to continuously develop knowledge and skills within the area of customer experience.
- Support and assist co-workers to create solutions to customer issues.
