Woodbine Nissan is looking for an experienced Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our award-winning sales team. As a proud recipient of the Nissan Award of Excellence we are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience built on professionalism transparency and trust.
We are seeking a motivated automotive sales professional who enjoys building relationships understands the importance of consistent follow-up and is driven to achieve strong results. RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome customers and provide a professional personalized dealership experience
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable new and pre-owned vehicle options
Conduct informative vehicle presentations demonstrations and test drives
Explain vehicle features available technologies financing options and protection products
Guide customers through the sales and leasing process with professionalism and transparency
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospective and existing customers
Generate new business through prospecting referrals networking and repeat customers
Accurately maintain customer information activities and opportunities within the dealership CRM
Stay informed about Nissan products incentives programs inventory and industry trends
Work collaboratively with Sales Managers Financial Services Managers and other dealership departments
Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales objectives
Support dealership events promotions and customer-retention initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous automotive dealership sales experience is required
Valid OMVIC Certification in good standing is mandatory
Fluent English communication skills are required
Spanish-speaking ability is considered a strong asset
Genuine passion for vehicles sales and customer service
Strong communication presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to prospect follow up and manage a sales pipeline
Self-motivated organized and results-driven
Professional appearance and positive team-oriented attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume dealership environment
Experience with dealership CRM and digital retailing platforms is an asset
Valid Ontario drivers licence and clean driving record
Availability to work evenings and Saturdays as required
