Senior Engineer for Transmission Projects

PHASOR Engineering is looking for a Senior Engineer for Transmission Projects in Alberta. Oversee successful design and execution of high voltage transmission systems with an emphasis on industry compliance.

This role requires leading transmission project design and execution, leveraging your extensive knowledge of power systems. You will be tasked with producing comprehensive designs from conceptual phases through to final deliverables while mentoring junior engineers. Strong communication and collaboration across disciplines are essential to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead engineering deliverables and project management • Develop detailed design and construction specifications • Produce PLS-CADD models aligned with project requirements • Review and seal design documents • Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical engineering • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license required • 8+ years of experience in relevant projects • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and codes • Proficient in relevant engineering software
