Saint-Laurent, QC Salary: around $75,000 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8-hour shifts (flexible start time) Permanent, full-time French required (English not mandatory) Role Overview You will oversee production operations, manage a team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a technical environment. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate team activities Supervise production operations and priorities Ensure health and safety compliance Solve production issues Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Coach and support team members Monitor performance indicators Requirements 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing Supervisory experience (asset) Machining experience (strong asset) Knowledge of continuous improvement Proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented Strong leadership and communication skills Apply: View email address on ca.talent.com
