The Zendesk Contact Center Center of Excellence is seeking a Platform Architect to collaborate with sales teams. You will leverage skills in contact center operations, Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and AWS to translate client needs into technical designs. This role is pivotal in building Proof of Concepts and engaging with clients to deliver effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients and prospects
- Design scalable customer service solutions using industry standards
- Create solution architecture diagrams and proposal content
- Engage with IT and operations teams to clear technical hurdles
- Stay updated on AI, ML, and automation trends in contact centers
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
- 5–7 years in contact center technology administration
- Experience with Amazon Connect and CRM/CX technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
