Job Responsibility:

Overview The Boss Boy plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment by providing excellent customer service and supporting the team in various tasks. This position requires a proactive individual who can communicate effectively, manage time efficiently, and maintain an organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about sales and possess strong technical skills to assist customers with their needs.

Duties

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support throughout their experience.
• Assist in technical sales by understanding customer needs and effectively selling products or services.
• Handle cashiering duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-stocked.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, to provide information and resolve inquiries.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle cash responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience in technical sales or a willingness to learn about product offerings.
• Proficiency in cashiering with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Excellent organizational skills to keep the workspace tidy and efficient.
• Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with cash handling procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good phone etiquette for effective communication with customers over the phone.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
