Assistant Project Manager - Fredericton, NB

Job Summary

EllisDon is recruiting for a large-scale, on‑site project at Brighton Mountain Windfarm, a high‑impact renewable energy development located near Juniper, NB. The project is anticipated to be completed December 2027. This role is an Assistant Project Manager located on‑site near Juniper, NB.

Responsibilities

• Assist in plan and specification analysis to provide clear, trackable and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction.
• Prepare project deliverables including tracking and creating RFIs, transmitting and tracking submittals, composing agreements and maintaining the project expediting list.
• Develop, implement and monitor the construction schedule to deliver the project on time and under budget.
• Administer and manage subcontracts, including subcontractor compliance, tracking changes and deliverables.
• Advise Construction Manager of potential problems, work interferences and schedule difficulties and assist in resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Construction‑related degree/diploma and three to five years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, project management and contract software.
• Ability to support the project team and help overcome problematic situations.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $70,000‑90,000 CAD. Employees working on the Brighton Mountain Project will be eligible for a generous total compensation package in recognition of the remote location, required flexible work hours based on project phase, and travel requirements.
