Prepare documentation, test scripts, and user training.
Requirements 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
Solid expertise in Absence Management and Perks modules.
Hands‑on configuration and testing experience.
Knowledge of HR business processes.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
