Cannabis Production Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented employees to support daily operations across our client’s cannabis facility in Cayuga, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for sanitation, harvesting, drying and curing, trimming, and packaging activities while following established standard operating procedures.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS JOB IS REQUIRES YOU TO WORK OUTDOORS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sanitation, cultivation, and processing tasks as required throughout the facility
• Hand watering, spacing, cloning, pruning, transplanting, leafing, tying, harvesting
• Complete all required documentation and production records accurately
• Assist with post-harvest breakdown and cleanup
• Handle cannabis waste collection and destruction in accordance with procedures
• Operate trimming and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Other duties as per team lead/Supervisor’s instructions
• Perform sanitation, cultivation, and processing tasks as required throughout the facility

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cannabis cultivation environment with a Licensed Producer is considered an asset
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds comfortably
• Relevant education in cannabis harvesting or experience in food, GMP, or pharmaceutical packaging is preferred

Shift Timings:

7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (Rotational shifts)

Please be aware that the product handled on-site is cannabis-related and may have a noticeable odor. This is completely normal and in compliance with industry regulations.
