GTA Project Technologist - Environmental Focus

Take on the role of Project Technologist with Pinchin in GTA, Ontario, concentrating on environmental assessments and remediation work. You will enhance soil planning efforts and ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with project teams. This position within the CMR team involves executing Environmental Site Assessments and aiding in on-site remediation programs. You'll also be responsible for sampling environmental media and conducting groundwater studies. Your technical reporting skills will be crucial in delivering compliant, accurate results across various projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Environmental Site Assessments for due diligence
- Collaborate on soil excavation and remediation tasks
- Sample groundwater, surface water, and soil
- Monitor environmental conditions while creating site plans
- Assist in preparation of technical reports
- Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
- Two years' experience in environmental consulting preferred
- Knowledge of O. Reg. 153/04 requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and related software
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel
