Fulfillment Team Lead

Job Responsibility:

You will become a trusted point of contact for your assigned accounts, ensuring client visibility into every step of the fulfillment process.

Responsibilities:

• Account Management: You will be assigned 1-5 client accounts to start. You are expected to be the main point of contact for client inquiries, oversee their inventory, and manage returns.
• Day-to-day operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of fulfillment, such as, but not limited to, receiving, picking, packing, inventory count and reorganizing when needed.
• Reporting : Have the ability to accurately report on various items, such as inventory counts, daily productivity, etc.
• Collaboration : Collaborates with other leadership team members to maintain and improve work processes and employee relations issues.
• Safety: Ensuring that safety protocols are followed and promoting a safe work environment for all team members.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of work experience in a fulfillment warehouse environment.
• Tech-savvy - familiar with Google Workspace and other WMS software.
• Eager to learn and take initiative.
• Team-oriented, able to lead and be a trusted leadership team member.
• Great verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Physically fit and able to endure consistent lifting and moving.
• Self-motivated and requires little to no supervision when working.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
