Little Discoveries is seeking enthusiastic, responsible Enrichment Instructors to support our hands-on educational programs for young children. This is a fun and engaging opportunity for educators who enjoy creativity, play-based learning, and working with children in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support age-appropriate enrichment activities including science experiments, sensory play, photography, art, movement, and group games
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for children
• Set up and clean up activity stations and materials
• Follow provided lesson plans and program structures
• Support children with transitions, routines, and participation
• Communicate professionally with team members and families as needed
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence through hands-on learning experiences

Requirements

• Experience working with children (preschool, camp, daycare, school, or enrichment setting)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Warm, energetic, and engaging personality
• Ability to confidently lead small groups of children
• Valid First Aid and CPR-C
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain one)

Assets (Not Required)

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) background or related education
• Experience leading classes, workshops, or enrichment programs
• Experience with STEAM, arts-based, or play-based learning
