Cocktail Bartender

As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Engage with customers, taking their orders efficiently while providing friendly and attentive service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance customer experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food service or food industry is preferred, particularly in bartending or similar roles.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques is highly valued.
