In this role, you will guide a skilled engineering team focused on autonomous driving and machine learning applications. Reporting to the CEO/CTO, your expertise will be vital in crafting technical roadmaps and enhancing engineering and software strategies. Whether you are based in the Greater Toronto Area or working remotely, your contributions will push the boundaries of self-driving technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct timely execution of development projects
• Partner with architects for roadmap establishment
• Foster seamless software product delivery using DevOps
• Set engineering standards across various teams
• Manage data infrastructure for resource optimization
Requirements:
• PhD with 7+ years in robotics or related fields
• Advanced knowledge in C++, Python, and ROS
• Proven leadership experience in autonomous systems
• In-depth understanding of safety standards technologies
• Experience with technical proposal writing and communications
