Job Responsibility: Who We Are LaSalle Animal Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist! Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45am - 5pm and every other Saturday 8am - 12pm

LaSalle Animal Hospital is on the hunt for an experienced veterinary receptionist to add to its fantastic team. We are a 2-doctor AAHA accredited practice with a well-established staff committed to unparalleled patient care and exceptional customer service. We are looking to add a friendly and dedicated individual to our team who can commit to a full-time role with our hospital. Necessary Tasks And Skills Include

• Communicating clearly and effectively face-to-face, by phone and electronically
• Overseeing the client experience and being an advocate for pet parents
• Knowledge of computers, basic office software, and veterinary software
• Ability to multitask and to work efficiently despite interruptions
• Strong work ethic, good attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
