More Than a Job: A Mission We are looking for an E&M Interfaces Lead Engineer to ensure seamless integration of electromechanical systems that power rail projects. You will work with teams driven by precision, innovation, and a passion for sustainable mobility. Your Role, Your Impact

• Oversee and manage interfaces between electromechanical subsystems to guarantee operational harmony.
• Coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines to achieve on-time delivery of integrated designs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the interface lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical conflicts across interconnected systems.
• Contribute expertise in E&M integration during design reviews and validation phases.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, driving seamless integration across large-scale rail systems. What You Bring

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in E&M system design and interface coordination for large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of standards and procedures related to rail systems integration.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines while ensuring quality outcomes.

• Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 CAD per year
