Fit Model – Technical Development Department

Overview

Join Aritzia’s Technical Development team to ensure every style fits our customers perfectly. As a Fit Model you will interpret the design’s aesthetic intent, represent our customers and provide feedback to keep our collections world‑class.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product consistency and world‑class fit across all items.
• Provide detailed feedback on garment fit and comfort to the design and technical teams.
• Represent Aritzia customers’ sample size, shape, and appearance in fittings.

Qualifications

• Standard Size 6; measurements: Bust 35-36", Waist 27-28", Hips 37-39".
• Height 5'2" – 5'8".
• Excellent posture and stamina to stand for up to an hour per fitting.
• Availability Monday‑Friday 9:00am‑5:00pm; up to 40 hours per week.

Compensation

Pay range $20–$40 per hour, with potential bonus or equity. Includes comprehensive benefits.
