Escape Room Facilitator

Part-Time Availability
This position requires a candidate that can be available for 2-4 shifts per week.
This consists of a minimum of 1 shift on the weekend, plus being on-call for additional shifts on different days (weekends and/or weekdays).
The number of shifts can vary from week to week depending on customer bookings.
Since our busiest times are on the weekend, preference will be given to candidates that have flexible availability on the weekend.
Duties and Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and upbeat manner.
Monitor game play and provide hints.
Debrief customers following game play and take group photos.
Reset rooms in an efficient and timely manner.
Assist customers with bookings, take payments, answer phone calls, and other front desk duties.
Maintain a clean and comfortable work environment.
Other duties as assigned by management.
