- Prepare pre-bills and rectify time entries as needed
- Ensure all billing aligns with client guidelines
- Maintain and update billing progress reports monthly
- Proofread and correct data entries for accuracy
- Provide support to team members on billing inquiries
- 3-5 years of billing experience, preferably in a law firm
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Aderant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team setting
