Sous la supervision du directeur des opérations et du directeur d’Odyssée Aventures et en collaboration de l’équipe, le ou la guide permanent(e) est attitré(e) à un maximum de projets (sorties et expéditions) prévus au calendrier des Camps Odyssée et d’Odyssée Aventures pour la saison printemps-été 2025. En plus d’assurer ses fonctions d’encadrement de groupes en milieux naturels, en contexte d’expéditions et de sorties plein air, cette personne sera amenée à collaborer à la logistique entourant ces activités et sur certains dossiers de développement liés aux expéditions « Odyssée ».
Tâches et responsabilités
- Encadrer de façon sécuritaire plusieurs sorties et expéditions (canot, camping, rafting, randonnée, etc.) dont certaines se font dans le cadre d’initiatives en Intervention par la Nature et l’Aventure (INA).
- Aider à la préparation des équipements ainsi qu’à leur retour en fin de projet.
- Prendre des notes sur le terrain et évaluer les lieux de ainsi que les séquences d’aventure.
- Appuyer la logistique d’expédition (plans de sortie/urgence, menu, trajets, utilisation des véhicules, etc.)
- Contribuer à la gestion de projet, assurer le lien avec les groupes et le personnel.
- Veiller au bon fonctionnement du local d’équipements des Camps Odyssée.
- Assurer le transport des groupes (Minibus 15 passagers).
Exigences
Qualifications et exigences
- Formation en tourisme d’aventure complétée (ou équivalences de formations/accréditations)
- Niveau de canot (Canot Kayak Québec – EV 2 et/ou EC 2 (minimum) – plusieurs projets se déroulent en canot.
- Sauvetage en eau-vive (Niveau 2 minimum) – un atout et obligatoire pour faire les projets en eau-vive.
- Expérience en guidage de Raft ou Kayak – un atout.
- Expérience en accompagnement de groupes.
- Expérience en intervention psychosociale auprès des groupes à besoins particuliers – un atout.
- Permis de conduire classe 5 (obligatoire) / classe 4B.
- Certification de premiers soins en régions isolées (40 heures) valide pour la durée complète du contrat.
Type d’emploi et conditions
- Poste de 16 semaines à temps plein (35 heures/semaine).
- Horaire général : lundi au vendredi, de 8h30 à 16h30.
- Flexibilité d’horaire en fonction des heures accumulées (expéditions).
- Séjours guidés impliquant des nuits sur le terrain et des horaires atypiques.
- Entrée en poste : dès le 13 mai 2025 (date flexible) et fin d’emploi la dernière semaine d’août 2025.
- Travail en présentiel uniquement, sauf exceptions, au local d’équipements des Camps Odyssée (Baie de Beauport) et sur les sites d’activités et d’expéditions.
