Shift Leader | Turner Road

Our Shift Leaders are the driving force on the restaurant floor, serving as hands-on managers who bring energy to every shift. This role is a perfect next step for a seasoned hospitality professional who is ready to transition from service into leadership. They are the hands-on mentor who inspires our service team to deliver the exceptional guest experiences we’re known for. While focused on operational excellence and real-time decision making, they take pride in supporting the success of our people.

YOU ARE:

• An experienced and ambitious Server or Bartender with a proven track record of floor leadership who is looking to evolve your career, experience with high-volume is an asset.
• Passionate about the industry and eager to learn the “behind-the-scenes” of running a business. 
• Skilled in motivating fellow team players, passionate about delivering the highest quality of service
• Decisive and calm under pressure, comfortable making quick decisions to keep service running smoothly and maximize sales potential.
• Certified, or willing to be, in Occupational First Aid, demonstrating your ability to prioritize safety in the workplace
• Safe Liquor certified, attesting to your compliance with alcohol service regulations and responsible serving practices. Certifications are an asset; however, we are happy to support the right candidate in obtaining these if they are not yet active.
