Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management. This role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth to meet business objectives. Previous supervisory experience are highly valued to enhance team performance and customer engagement.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise store staff, including training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and professional growth
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, ordering, and quality control of ingredients
  • Manage sales activities, set sales targets, and implement marketing initiatives to increase store revenue
  • Handle customer service issues efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, oversee cashiering operations, and manage POS systems
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and updates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations while fostering a productive work environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food sales, store management, or sales management with supervising responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred for diverse customer engagement
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and develop talent through training & development initiatives
  • Exceptional customer service skills with phone etiquette proficiency and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while maintaining attention to detail
  • Robust negotiation skills for vendor relations and purchasing negotiations
  • Organizational skills necessary for inventory control and store presentation standards
