As we continue to grow, Weed Man offers various part-time and full-time employment opportunities. We are currently looking for our next great Door Knocking Marketing Supervisor to join our successful team. - No Experience Required! As a Door Knocking Marketing Supervisor, you will carry out duties such as:
- Supervise lead generation team who provide free lawn care estimates to prospective clients
- Assign areas to solicit, drive within Calgary and surrounding areas, walk for up to 6 hours
- Check validity of marketing leads
- Transport lead generation team to and from specific areas of the city with company vehicle
- Lead team in structures and goals by coaching and motivating!

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:
- Clean driving record with minimum 5 years driving experience
- Drivers Abstract Required
- Team-lead experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Positive mindset with ability to work in a results-oriented environment
- Dependable and Reliable
- On-site parking
- Company events
- 4-5 hour shifts
- Monday to Thursday 3pm till 8pm and Saturday 9am till 2pm
