Regional Retail Manager
MacDonald Search Group has been asked by our medical supplies & equipment client to find a first-class Regional Retail Manager to join their team in Ontario. The primary responsibility of this role will be to oversee multi-store retail operations, drive sales and financial performance, and lead store management teams to deliver exceptional customer service and strategic inventory management.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to oversee multi-store retail operations, drive sales and financial performance, and lead store management teams to deliver exceptional customer service and strategic inventory management.
Some of what you will do in this role includes:
- Lead, coach, and develop multi-site store managers while overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, and ongoing product and sales training.
- Drive sales revenue and overall financial performance by setting targets, tracking KPIs, managing budgets, and analyzing sales trends.
- Oversee regional store operations, including POS/cash management, scheduling, inventory control, and health and safety compliance.
- Direct visual merchandising standards, retail pricing accuracy, and promotional flyer campaigns across all locations to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations and vendor partners to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure timely product delivery.
- 5+ years of successful multi-location retail leadership experience managing teams across several store locations.
- Proven track record in driving sales, profitability, and customer service excellence through consultative, solutions-based selling.
- Strong leadership, analytical, time-management, and strategic planning skills with the ability to manage ambiguity.
- College diploma/degree or relevant technical or vocational post-secondary training preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, medical supplies, or home health equipment retail is a strong asset, as is bilingualism.
