Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team in creating initial garment patterns

• Oversee adaptations based on designer and fit feedback
• Develop and maintain pattern libraries and specifications
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of fashion industry experience
• 2+ years of mentoring or leadership experience
• Proficient in pattern making tools and CAD software
• Knowledge of 3D software required
