• Define strategic objectives and initiatives clearly
• Manage and document Business Plans aligned with goals
• Analyze data to support strategic initiatives and reporting
• Track progress against KPIs and strategic execution
• Support M&A activities through analysis and presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Master’s in Business
• Minimum 5 years in strategy and analytics roles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven track record in process improvement
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
