Join the Engineering team at Capital Power as a Senior Industrial Control Engineer in Ontario. Engage in day-to-day technical support and enhance operational technology across our power generation fleet. This role emphasizes engineering support for Industrial Control Systems, SCADA, and Operational Technology. You will apply engineering principles to manage system design, lifecycle management, and ensure safety in control operations. Your experience will be utilized to optimize and troubleshoot complex instrumentation challenges across multiple facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support for industrial control systems
• Own project deliverables and engineering outcomes
• Develop technical solutions for control logic and instrumentation
• Support ECS cybersecurity maintenance initiatives
• Maintain operational data historian systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of engineering experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred
• Advanced knowledge of control systems and instrumentation
• Experience with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
