National Director (Ottawa)

Overview

Reporting to the National Board & Party Leader, the National Director serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Party, providing strategic leadership and executive oversight of overall direction, election readiness, and operational and financial performance, while working closely with the Board, management committees, and Party leadership across the country.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and executive oversight of overall direction, election readiness, and operational and financial performance.
• Work closely with the Board, management committees, and Party leadership across the country.
• Strengthen and enhance the Party’s organizational capacity to support work for Canadians.

Qualifications

This is a senior executive role for an experienced leader with strong financial, operational, and people management capabilities, as well as political acumen and the ability to drive execution in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
