Vice President of Finance & Strategy

• Develop and manage the operating plan while ensuring business alignment
• Guarantee accurate forecasts and comprehensive reporting
• Optimize cash conversion cycles and financial performance
• Lead post-acquisition financial integration efforts
• Mentor and develop a high-achieving finance team

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant finance leadership experience
• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or business necessary
• CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred
• Expertise in financial planning and operational oversight
• Background in marine or industrial technology advantageous
