Director of Travel & Medical Claims Management

AXA Partners is seeking a Director of Travel & Medical Claims Management, focusing on TPA operations and cost containment. Drive excellence and innovation while leading a diverse team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the strategic direction of AXA Partners' Travel and Medical claims processes, including managing a talented team of department managers. You will play a crucial role in executing operational plans and improving service quality through effective change management. Your expertise will also help maintain client relationships and enhance business efficiency while driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

Manage strategic direction of Travel and Medical TPA operations
Lead and mentor a high-performance team
Develop business plans aligned with AXA’s global objectives
Implement change initiatives to boost productivity
Oversee outsourced operations and ensure service quality

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline
Minimum of 8 years in management roles
Experience in client interaction within the insurance sector
Proven track record in Profit & Loss management
Knowledge of Lean methodologies for process improvement
