Manager of Finance and Accounting

Lead financial excellence as the Manager of Finance and Accounting at Great Wolf Lodge. This pivotal role emphasizes effective budgeting, forecasting, and compliance in a hospitality setting. As the Manager of Finance and Accounting, you will oversee all financial operations at Great Wolf Lodge, ensuring integrity in financial reporting and adherence to company policies. This position requires collaboration with operational leaders to support comprehensive financial strategies that ensure profitability and safeguard assets. Your leadership will also focus on developing financial literacy among department teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all accounting processes including general ledger management
- Produce financial reports and key performance metrics
- Manage and monitor the lodge's annual budget
- Conduct financial analyses to support operational decisions
- Mentor finance team members for service excellence
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years of finance experience, preferably in hospitality
- Knowledge of regulatory and tax compliance issues
- Proficiency with financial management software
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail
