Senior IT Wealth Business Analyst & Change Lead

National Bank of Canada is seeking a Chief Business Analyst to lead IT Delivery Wealth Management initiatives in an Agile squad. You will partner with business lines and IT teams to plan, map, and optimize end-to-end processes, and to design detailed requirements with traceability across functional, non‑functional, and informational aspects.
You will model current and target processes, conduct impact analyses, and lead workshops with diverse stakeholders.
