Your role involves underwriting new and renewal business while ensuring profitability and customer service excellence. Candidates can work in a hybrid capacity or fully remotely from Atlantic Canada.

Key Responsibilities: • Underwrite property and casualty commercial portfolios • Manage local brokerage plans and pricing strategies • Quote and negotiate renewals with brokers • Achieve monthly production goals consistently • Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in property/casualty underwriting • Previous experience in an MGA is an asset • Progress towards CIP/CAIB/CRM designation • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills • Proven ability to build broker relationships
