Associate Director Revenue Operations Remote

Drive growth at Directive Consulting as an Associate Director of Revenue Operations. Lead your team and manage Salesforce, marketing automation, and implement complex strategies remotely. In this senior-level position, you will oversee Directive’s Revenue Operations team while deeply engaging in client projects. Your technical expertise in Salesforce and experience in managing teams will be critical as you mentor Revenue Operations Solution Engineers and tackle complex client issues. You’ll get hands-on with audits, implementations, and optimizations, ensuring high standards are met throughout. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor Revenue Operations Solution Engineers
- Serve as escalation point for technical challenges
- Oversee strategic client relationships and satisfaction
- Lead Salesforce and HubSpot optimization projects
- Translate technical findings for executive stakeholders
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations or similar fields
- Strong experience in an agency or consultancy
- 1-2+ years of direct people management experience
- Active Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud and marketing automation
